Old Hickory Bass

Been out a couple of days this last week. Bait is everywhere. It’s out on the channel, it’s mid way in the creeks. Pockets in the middle of the creeks. Bait on the channel is bigger. Bait is the creeks right now seem to be small. Bite is super tough. Caught 2 keepers the first day i went out and 5 bass total. The second day only two total and no keepers. You can see them under the bait and most of the bass are not big. 81, 82 degrees in the middle of day surface temps. I throw big baits, small baits. Fish shallow, fish deep. Slow, fast, stop and go. Doesn’t matter. it’s just dead as a door nail….. T.C. Hermitage. We need some cooler nights to bunch these fish up they’re just scattered everywhere..
